Riegelsberg South to Etzenhofen
In the context of the 1st extension of the Light Rail System Saarbahn from Saargemuend to Lebach the railway line also crosses the municipality of Riegelsberg
The LRT-route is approx. 5 km long and runs along the federal road B 268 and the state road L 259 through the city centre of the municipality. The costs of this section of the route amounted to approx. 40 million Euro, only for the infrastructure.
